He published numerous articles, papers, and essays in Chinese and English. His works appeared in scholarly journals, newspapers, and magazines worldwide. Many of these works are collected in his recently published monographs, including Guam and Micronesian Libraries (Historical Events, Information Sources and Others), and Thirty-Years' Practice in Libraries (Recollections and Ruminations)

He was member of many library associations and involved different professional activities. He chaired, planned, and implemented the Guam Governors Conference on Library and Information Services in 1990.
